Starting a healthy schedule was itself a big challenge for me as I m very lazy n kind of a laid back person. With Gloria Calorie Burn challenge I was able to at least start with it, and then with all the posts and motivated talks I continued and still continuing my schedule (16 days till now and a long way to go hopefully will continue ) ... Thanks to all the lovely ladies n of course you Harpreet, who continuously motivated me... Changes - Psychologically feeling more satisfied that I m doing something for ME. Physically feeling active and I think I have lost some weight, have not measured it yet - waiting for a month to complete. Emotionally got attached to some of the ladies here... I may not talk or chat with them often but feel connected by just reading their posts..

Hey Harpreet Bajwa thank you... You are a little sweet girl... When it started I was not very serious... But your frequent posts had made it possible to at least some initial level... I tried to do little bit exercise whenever I can... Tried to keep a check on food to whatever level possible... Restarted my fruits routine after a long time... Though I m a chatori girl but little efforts matters which was just bcoz of you
Regular walk.. exercise and enough time spent in gardening.. strenous day spent.. happy.. till now 2kg shed.. thnx to my cutie Harpreet Bajwa
